NTU’s Involvement in Event Management and Logistics 

NTU is experienced in organising and facilitating different kinds of events, from local workshops, fairs, cultural and thematic events, and community engagement events, through professional seminars and webinars, to panel discussions and high-level conferences. We prioritise seamless execution by involving our team actively at every stage of the event in order to maintain quality and oversee the details. We develop comprehensive risk management strategies with proactive mitigation measures to address unexpected challenges and secure flexible cancellation policies to reduce the impact of potential disruptions.  

Our rich database of strictly selected service suppliers, combined with excellent knowledge of local conditions worldwide and the ability to set up framework procedures for multiple, repetitive services, including knowledge of PRAG rules, are clear evidence of NTU’s professionalism in event management. We provide both remote and on-site logistics support, covering all aspects of event organisation aspects of event organisation: sourcing the venue and hotel, coordinating travel, arranging catering and technical equipment, preparing presenters, organising translation and interpretation, providing visa support, planning social events, and coordinating local transportation. Moreover, we handle the creation of the event’s visual identity, signposting and production of any required visibility and giveaway materials. Our team consists of well-qualified Communication specialists, supported by the IT department, cooperating proactively to ensure technical faultlessness and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). NTU is ready to promote the events through different channels, such as press materials distribution, executing events-promoting strategies, social media campaigns, and traditional advertising
