Showcasing Team Europe's Impact in Zambia: NTU Advances EIB Communication and Visibility of EU & EIB Investments in several strategic sectors

NTU International A/S continues to deliver long-term strategic communication support to the European Investment Bank in Zambia through a 36-month programme of services implemented in close cooperation with EU and EIB partners. Working under a Team Europe approach, our focus is on strengthening the Global Gateway narrative and communicating the tangible impact of EU-backed investments and technical assistance to the wider Zambian public. By translating results into compelling stories and visuals, we support the EU and EIB in reinforcing their reputation, visibility, and credibility, while demonstrating how their joint efforts are delivering concrete and lasting benefits for Zambia’s economy, communities, and institutions.

In Zambia, NTU International is supporting a comprehensive set of strategic communication activities for two ongoing EU–EIB initiatives, aimed at increasing public awareness and visibility of their results. As part of this work, our team conducted a field mission from 10 to 14 November, centred on the Technical Assistance and Financial Instrument Support for the Zambia Agriculture Value Chain Facility. The mission focused on capturing high-quality visual and narrative content that demonstrates how EU and EIB support is contributing to Zambia’s agricultural transformation, strengthening value chains, and supporting sustainable economic growth.

In November 2025, NTU provided full media coverage of the EU-Zambia Lobito Corridor Business Forum, held at the Ciela Resort in Lusaka from 12 to 14 November. The Forum brought together key stakeholders from the EU and Zambian private sectors to explore investment and business opportunities linked to the EU Global Gateway flagship initiative, the Lobito Corridor. The event was attended by high-level officials including Zambia’s President Hakainde Hichilema, the European Commissioner for International Partnerships Jozef Síkela, EIB Vice-President Johann Nehammer, the EU Ambassador to Zambia Karolina Stasiak, and over 900 participants from government, business, and finance sectors.

Our team supported the EIB’s participation on the opening day by capturing high-quality footage, conducting interviews - including an in-depth conversation with the EIB Vice-President - and producing materials to support ongoing communication efforts.

In addition, on 11 November, NTU documented the EIB Vice-President’s visit to the National Milling Company, capturing both video and photography during the EU Delegation’s tour of the facility to support future communication products.

We also gathered several beneficiary success stories that bring to life the tangible results of the Zambia Agriculture Value Chain Facility. These stories will be shared soon - stay tuned!
