We’re proud to announce that the NTU-led consortium has been awarded the European Commission’s High-level advice and consultancy services (HACS) Framework Contract!
This strategic framework, led by DG DIGIT, supports the digital transformation of the European public sector and brings together some of Europe’s most important institutions and agencies.
The framework focuses on key areas including:
✔️ Digital-ready policymaking
✔️ AI, data and interoperability
✔️ Digital governance and transformation
✔️ Implementation of innovative public digital services
✔️ Strategic ICT advisory and foresight
With an estimated maximum budget of EUR 243.3 million and a duration of 48 months, this framework will support a broad range of EU institutions and agencies across Europe.
