NTU International A/S is proud to announce that the NTU-led consortium has been awarded the EIB Framework Agreement to provide consultancy services supporting the Evaluation Division (IG/EV) of the EIB Group. The framework contract has a total estimated value of up to €5 million over a maximum duration of four years .

Specific Objectives:
• Support the EIB Group Evaluation Division in conducting independent evaluations of policies, strategies, programmes, financial instruments, and operations across a wide range of sectors.

• Deliver high-quality evaluation services, including thematic evaluations, impact assessments, evidence reviews, and evaluability studies using internationally recognised methodologies.

• Apply advanced analytical approaches, including data analysis, text mining, machine learning, and other innovative evaluation tools to strengthen evidence-based assessments.

• Provide multidisciplinary teams of senior evaluation experts and specialists to support the full evaluation cycle-from methodology design and data collection to reporting and dissemination.

• Contribute to strengthening accountability, organisational learning, and the effectiveness of EIB Group investments in support of European Union policy objectives.
