NTU International is pleased to announce its participation in the EY-led consortium awarded Lot 1 of the EFSA-led Framework Contract for Management Consulting Services.

Led by the European Food Safety Authority, this joint procurement framework brings together 42 participating EU bodies and Joint Undertakings, including a broad network of EU agencies, institutions and specialised bodies across Europe.

Under Lot 1 – General Strategic Consulting Services, the framework will provide participating EU bodies with access to high-level management consulting expertise in support of business transformation, operational development, and institutional performance improvement. The Lot has an estimated value of €72 million and a duration of up to 48 months, structured as an initial three-year framework with the possibility of a one-year extension.

The scope of Lot 1 covers a full lifecycle of management consulting services, from strategic analysis and planning through to the implementation and rollout of management policies, processes, tools and methods. Services include general strategic consulting, project and programme management, business analysis, change management, organisational development, stakeholder engagement, process optimisation, and support to improved effectiveness, efficiency and value creation across EU bodies.
