𝗡𝗧𝗨 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔/𝗦 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗟𝗖𝗔𝗔) 𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗨 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝗨𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝘆𝗮

With an implementation period from August 2026 to June 2027, this technical assistance assignment will support the LCAA in strengthening aviation safety oversight and advancing the regulatory follow-up process related to EU aviation restrictions.

Building on the Phase 1 assessment commissioned by GIZ, NTU International will provide targeted technical advisory support focused on addressing outstanding observations, strengthening evidence management, and preparing technically robust responses for the ongoing regulatory review process.

Key areas of support include:

• Review and validation of Phase 1 outputs and follow-up planning

• Advisory support on DG MOVE and EASA observations and corrective actions

• Strengthening evidence management, documentation, and quality assurance

• Preparation of technical responses and supporting materials

• Institutional capacity development through coaching and knowledge transfer

• Strategic advisory support and progress monitoring throughout the assignment

This assignment further strengthens NTU International's experience in aviation regulatory support, institutional capacity development, and cooperation with European institutions and agencies, including EASA.
