NTU International A/S is proud to announce a new 6-month assignment, with a budget of € 120,489, to assignment is to support the strengthening of Liberia’s electoral and democratic framework in the inter-election period, while promoting greater awareness and understanding of the EU EOM recommendations and the technical considerations for their implementation. Overall, the EFM contributes to the consolidation of democracy, the reinforcement of institutions, and the advancement of democratic elections in Liberia, in line with the implementation of the 2023 EU EOM recommendations.

Specific Objectives:
Assess implementation of 2023 EU EOM recommendations, review electoral reforms and their alignment with international standards, identify priority recommendations for the current context, support dialogue and momentum on electoral reform, analyse stakeholder positions and identify obstacles, propose actions to overcome challenges and strengthen ownership, support EU assessment of ongoing programmes and identify gaps, contribute to identifying further EU support actions, update and prepare a follow-up plan for EOM recommendations.
