Our capabilities are reinforced by two major European Commission framework contracts led by NTU consortia, with a combined maximum value exceeding €270 million:

• HACS – High-level Advice and Consultancy Services (€243.3 million): A 48-month framework supporting digital transformation, AI, data governance, interoperability and strategic ICT advisory across EU institutions.

• SEA 2023 – Lot 5: Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital (€30 million): A worldwide framework covering digital policy, research, innovation, cybersecurity, connectivity and emerging technologies.

Our project experience demonstrates this expertise in practice, including PRIDA II, supporting digital governance and regional integration in Africa, and the European Investment Bank's TechEU Investment Readiness Checker, advancing digital investment platforms and innovation financing. Our work also spans digital infrastructure planning, cybersecurity, institutional resilience and capacity building.
