As the company leading the Consortium under SEA 2023 Lot 4, we hold undeniable expertise in sustainable transport and infrastructures, urban development and cities, and rural infrastructure. Our highly qualified specialists are knowledgeable in different sub-sectors of the Lot, involving roads and engineering structure, railways, harbours and inland infrastructure, transport safety, water supply and sanitation networks, solid waste disposal, smart cities, social housing, urban mobility, climate-resilient urban environments, and rural infrastructure rehabilitation, among others.
Our horizontal services provide comprehensive support in key areas to ensure effective policy development, project implementation and knowledge sharing. We provide policy support, including analysis, strategy development, EU policy alignment and multi-stakeholder dialogue to promote effective decision-making. Project and intervention support ranges from programming and strategic design to practical implementation, such as integration of EU priorities, support for EFSD+ and legal and regulatory analysis. NTU also provides analytical and technical expertise, offering data-driven insights, intervention cycle management and specialised scientific input. Finally, our knowledge management services improve communication, capacity building and dissemination of best practices through training, public engagement and high-impact events.
