The overall objective of the SEA FWC 2023 is to provide a rapid, flexible mechanism for mobilising expertise to assist the Directorate-Generals (DG INTPA, DG NEAR, DG ECHO), Service for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI) departments and EU Delegations in executing their policies through specific contracts.

With outstanding technical evaluation scores, NTU has become the Consortium leader of 6 SEA 2023 Lots in climate action, natural resources management, transport and infrastructure, macro-economy, health and social inclusion, and migration. We have also been awarded as partners for the other 4 Lots, focusing on food safety, technology innovation and digitalisation, micro-economy, and civil society issues.
