The scope of the activities under this project is to:
a) Review and analyse the existing Pre-Feasibility Studies to complete a technical and environmental and social assessment of the Project;
b) Assist IFC and the Promoter in structuring the transaction; and
c) Provide technical support in the preparation of the tender documents and the terms of the PPP agreements, to help ensure strong competitive interest in the Project and the implementation of a transparent bidding process.
The period of the implementation of the contract will be 20 months.
