NTU held a successful project quality workshop – discussing and developing innovative project management tools solutions in our projects implemented so far in more than 100 countries. A range of new value-added approaches were discussed and put for implementation in the existing and pipeline projects between the 28 participating project back office coordinators and managers. The focus on quality and clear structure in all processes is what makes all NTU projects reliable and result-driven.
