Specific Objectives:
• Define a tailored operational model for rural electrification—whether through public management, public-private partnerships, or hybrid approaches—ensuring strong complementarity with existing programmes.
• Develop a robust investment plan, including budget allocation, implementation timeline, and clear connection targets.
• Prepare comprehensive tender documentation and conduct thorough environmental and social assessments to ensure sustainable and compliant project delivery. studies (final EIA/SEP, RAP) for the proposed infrastructure.

Stay tuned for updates as NTU supports the development of a comprehensive, EU-aligned framework for rural electrification projects while ensuring coordination with key initiatives led by the World Bank and the African Development Bank!
