NTU Awarded a New Project under FWC SEA Lot 2: “Georgia goes Green”
NTU International is proud to announce a new 22-month assignment, with a budget of €950,000, to improve the protection of natural resources and the health of Georgian citizens. This important initiative supports the EUD, EU4Georgia initiatives in boosting awareness and knowledge about the EU support for environmental and climate change in Georgia. The project will help society understand the importance of EU investments in the environmental sector.
Specific Objectives:
- Raising awareness and social activity in environmental protection, fighting against climate change and promoting green transition.
- Increasing the visibility and recognition of EU support to environmental and climate initiatives in Georgia has improved.
- Advancing participation of civil society and private sector, especially young people, women, urban populations in the regions of Georgia, and vulnerable communities, including minorities, in national and international policy dialogues on environmental protection, the fight against climate change and green transition is increased.
