Launch of new NTU website and logo

Following months of creating design concepts and establishing the necessary features, NTU was recently able to launch its new website. This new version is replacing the old NTU website, which had been in use for a decade. Work on the new website began in the late fall of 2016 and has been developed in cooperation between internal NTU staff and the Aalborg-based company JCD.

The new version emphasizes a modern and responsive design, allowing the site to run fluidly on computers and mobile devices alike. The new website design also allows for some new capabilities, such as enhanced knowledge sharing as well as access to an employee intranet. With this new website, NTU aims at reaching a greater audience worldwide while simultaneously offering a better user experience for visitors. Because the vast majority of available content is imported from the old website, all articles, descriptions and postings will be evaluated and updated if necessary. Thus, the website will still undergo some changes within the coming weeks.

New logo

Besides from the creation of a new website, NTU has also finalized a new version of the company logo. This new version is partly inspired by the look of the old logo but also integrates aspects from other NTU designs. An example is the use of interconnected lines, which has been used in NTU presentation materials for years.
