Implementation Team Retreat in Málaga
This week, the NTU International A/S implementation team responsible for managing our contracts came together in Málaga.
Over the past three years, our contract portfolio has grown steadily, and with it the number of project directors, managers and assistants working with us from across Europe. This retreat came at exactly the right moment: growth is something we welcome, but it must never come at the expense of delivery quality.
Prevention is better than firefighting. Sharing experience is how we build on the skills and knowledge we already have. During the retreat, Emina Kapetanovic, Head of Project Implementation, presented a new digital solution to strengthen communication and coordination across the team, with a strong focus on learning and knowledge sharing.
When information flows well and reaches the right people at the right time, quality becomes built into the solutions we deliver to our clients.
Still, technology cannot fully replace face-to-face contact. For any organisation that puts people and quality first, meetings like this remain essential. Learning organisations recognise that building knowledge is a collective responsibility, not an individual one. By sharing what we know, we build capacity and stronger relationships. That improves our working environment and, ultimately, our clients' satisfaction.
Beyond the great energy and wonderful colleagues, Málaga gave us a relaxed atmosphere, excellent food, sunshine and even a swim, making this a truly memorable team retreat.
