The objective of the project is to assist MOLACD and JOSS in strengthening their internal capacity in order to ensure the effectiveness of the legislative and judicial institution, by tackling the problem of the lack of offices and housing facilities for the staff of the two institutions in the 3 states.
NTU will prepare the tender dossier, launch the tender, assist in the evaluation of tenders received and finalise the contracting for the completion of the construction of permanent structures for JOSS and MOLACD in Torit, Bor and Kwajock.
