The objective of the Kadugli – Talodi Market Access Project (KTMAP) is to reduce the vulnerability and increase incomes and food security of the rural households in Kadugli and Talodi Localities and Kadugli County. In order to achieve this, the project would support the rehabilitation of the Kadugli-Talodi feeder road (and possibly others) that would ensure the all-year round transportation of input supplies and agricultural produce between the key production areas and rural and urban markets.
The specific objective of this assignment is to support both the National Authorising Officer (NAO) and the EC Delegation in the successful and timely launching of this project.
