The overall objective of this contract is to support the implementation of the government development plan until 2015, in line with the MDGs and the PRSP.
Specific objectives include to develop a system of participatory planning and coordination for sectoral needs of the Ministry of Planning of Territory, Water, Energy and Equipment in the areas of transport infrastructure, water and energy.
Expected results:
1. A guide of planning and coordination for the Ministry is drafted.
2. A training plan for short and medium term is developed.
3. A system of sectoral planning in the area of infrastructure is introduced.
