The aims of the assignment are strengthening long-term profitability and employment of two agricultural value chains in the Lviv Oblast, namely the dairy products and the fruits & vegetables value-chains. Via a Facilitating Office the Consultant assists local stakeholders in producing the outputs envisaged for the Agribusiness Component of the Rural Private Sector Development Programme. The assignment is to contribute to the Programme by producing the following outputs: 1. Market assess, input supply and services, access to credit and enabling government regulations are in place 2. Improved equipment and systems for storage, handling and processing and more efficient and profitable technology demonstrated and installed. 3. A suitable forum for value chain and joint actions is established and in place
