NTU is shortlisted for EU Africa Infrastructure Partnership, preparatory actions and studies, operationalisation of the Executing Agency of the Yamoussoukro Decision project
This technical assistance assignment will provide institutional support and capacity building to ensure that the Executing Agency may have the relevant structure and capacity to perform its mandate under the YD and ensure an effective oversight and coordination of air transport policy in Africa, notably in the following areas: 1. support for the short-term activities of the Executing Agency by providing technical expertise following evaluation of the institutional capacity as well as conducting related training and workshop activities; 2. drafting of regulations and guidelines, based on existing practices in Africa and internationally, such as competition rules and consumer protection; 3. assistance for preparation of related meetings and seminars, including airlines, and ministerial conferences.
