The overall objective of this project is to preserve the road patrimony of the Ivory Coast, comprising of three components:
· Improvement of the management and the programming of road network maintenance
· Rehabilitation of the bituminous roads
· Reduction of the axle’s overloading
Specifically, this project will help to improve the transport sector and to ameliorate the economic conditions for exercising the carrier activity in profitable terms, without recurring to overloading.
