NTU awarded EIB contract for Transport

We are pleased to announce that NTU has been awarded yet another contract under the EIB - Framework Agreement to support the activities of the EIB Project Advisory Support (PAS) Team in the field of Transport. The contract will run for 48 months and has a total value of more than 5.5M EUR.

The services to be provided include the implementation of infrastructure projects including, but not limited to, the following sub–sectors: roads sector, rail sector, urban transport sector, air sector, waterborne transport sector, logistic platforms, intermodal terminals, and analysis of horizontal issues. Moreover, NTU will support in providing support to strategic projects in specific transport sub-sectors as well as for the evaluation of Financing Applications for EU funded projects.

At NTU, we will utilize our vast experience in the field to support the projects/programmes in the transport sector. The projects under this agreement will include sectoral, as well as transversal thematic areas, such as construction of buildings and procurement of specialised intervention transport means under disaster risk management programmes.

NTU’s extensive experience in the transport sector ensures that we will provide the EIB PAS team with world class services, since the transport sector is an area that NTU is highly experienced within. We are excited to be receiving requests for services under this agreement.
