On the 12th of January 2010, NTU representatives attended the kick-off meeting for the "ENPI – support to the implementation of the Regional Transport Action Plan (RTAP) for the Mediterranean" project in Brussels together with our consortium partners and representatives of the EC's DG AIDCO and DG TREN. The project has a total value of 4.5 million euros, and NTU is managing two of the three key experts who will be working full-time over the next three years. In case of successful performance, the project will be extended to span over a further three years.

On the 13th and14th of January 2010, NTU has assisted at the EuroMed "5th Working Group on Transport and Regulatory Issues" with delegates from all the Mediterranean beneficiary and observer countries, presided by the EC under the French and Egyptian co-presidency of the Union for the Mediterranean.
