Multiple Framework Contract to Support EU Electoral Missions - FWC EOM 2026

NTU International has been awarded the EC-FPI/2025/EA-RP/0016 – Multiple Framework Contract for Support to EU Electoral Missions – FWC EOM 2026. This prestigious framework contract, with a budget of 200 million Euro, will run for a four-year period starting on 1 January 2026, confirming NTU’s position as a leading partner of the European Union in the field of electoral assistance and democracy support worldwide.

As the Consortium Leader, NTU International will work in close partnership with our Security partner AMARANTE International to support the EU in the delivery of a wide range of election-related missions, including Election Observation Missions (EOMs), Election Assessment Teams (EATs), Expert Missions (ExMs), EU Election Expert Missions (EEMs), and Election Follow-up Missions (EFMs). Together, the consortium brings unparalleled operational capacity, methodological rigor, and global reach to ensure timely mobilisation, high-quality outputs, and full compliance across all mission types.

With two decades of experience and a global network of project offices, NTU International provides robust contract management, logistics, and quality assurance, while AMARANTE International contributes leading expertise in security management, duty of care, and high-risk field operations. The framework will be led by an experienced leadership team with extensive backgrounds in election observation, governance, monitoring and evaluation, and complex international deployments.
